Job Summary

Own cross channel content and paid media with end to end ownership of content calendar, contractor management, and performance measurement on GA4.

  • Content & Social: plan, produce, and publish in English and Spanish across Meta, Instagram, TikTok.
  • Paid, Website & Analytics: build campaigns in Performance Max, own budget and reporting, and maintain GA4 driven scorecards.

Job Description

  • Content and Social (Primary Focus): You will plan and run the content calendar across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Direct the supporting contractor team (reels editor, on-site capture, photo editing), coordinate capture on a live, high-traffic floor, and bring production in-house where it makes sense.
  • Keep cadence consistent and culturally authentic in both English and Spanish.
  • Paid Media: You will build and optimize paid campaigns, primarily Google Performance Max, to drive measurable traffic.
  • Own the budget, the targeting, and the reporting, and you will tie spend back to results every week.
  • Website and Reputation: You will own the ongoing management of the website, including the targeting and measurement infrastructure underneath it.
  • Own the Google review response cadence and the public-facing review surface, keeping responses timely and on-brand.
  • Analytics and Reporting: You will own the marketing scorecard, report weekly, and translate channel data into the next week's priorities.
  • Operate in GA4 and your channel platforms daily, not check in occasionally.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: You will partner with our Leasing & Brand Manager to promote events and new vendors across channels, and with our Director on brand and creative direction.
