Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage search engine advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads
Develop and optimize keyword strategies, including research and clustering
Analyze campaign and website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush
Support chatbot strategy and optimization using the Genesis platform, including performance monitoring and workflow development
Map and improve customer journeys to enhance resolution and engagement via chat
Collaborate with global teams, including partners in Poland, to execute marketing initiatives
Support marketing initiatives for key business segments, including blower solutions
Participate in cross-functional projects to drive growth and improve customer interaction strategies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field

Preferred

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads
Experience with Google Analytics and SEMrush for performance tracking and reporting
Familiarity with Salesforce and chatbot platforms (Genesis preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate across global teams and manage multiple priorities
Experience working with conversational marketing or chatbot technologies
Exposure to global marketing environments and cross-regional collaboration
Prior experience in industrial or B2B marketing environments
