Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across paid and organic channels
• Manage performance marketing efforts (Google Ads, paid social, display)
• Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
• Create and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
• Run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion rates
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging channels

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email, and social media marketing
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

• Experience in SaaS, tech, or e-commerce industries
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel strategy
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience with CRM systems and lead lifecycle management
• Background in content marketing or copywriting
