Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, engagement, and visibility.
• Create photography, videos, reels, and other content for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Plan and manage social media campaigns, posts, and customer engagement.
• Attend Hauser’s events and activities to capture content and showcase the brand.
• Manage weekly e-blasts through Shopify, coordinating content with social media, promotions, and events.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual style across all digital platforms.
• Track digital performance and provide monthly reports on traffic, engagement, conversions, and areas for improvement.
• Create and manage Google Ads and monitor campaign performance.
• Improve SEO and overall search visibility.
• Maintain and strengthen Hauser’s online presence across relevant platforms.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Strong photography and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience creating and editing photos, videos, and reels.
• Knowledge of Shopify, website management, SEO, Google Ads, and analytics.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• Comfortable learning new technology and digital tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and gaining firsthand exposure to the sales environment.
• Able to travel between Newport News and Williamsburg as necessary.

Preferred

• Comfortable doing voiceovers or appearing on camera for social media and other digital content is highly preferred but not required.
• Jewelry, luxury retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle brand experience is highly preferred.
