Job Description

Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the development, launch, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, CTV, SEO, and email. Ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and deliver measurable results.
Performance Analysis & Growth Recommendations: Monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and translate insights into clear strategic recommendations. Provide client-ready reporting and identify opportunities to improve ROI and drive revenue growth.
Client & Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as a collaborative partner to internal teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates, strategic guidance, and support for new campaign initiatives.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Uphold industry best practices, contribute to process improvements, and ensure campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 2 years of digital advertising experience including paid media, SEO, and social media management.
Minimum 1 year of agency experience.
Proficiency with Google Analytics and performance/analytical reporting tools.
Exceptional knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools (Google Analytics, Moz, SEM Rush, Facebook Business Manager).
Experience in and passion for data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Wordpress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Microsoft Suite, and/or GSuite applications.
Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign).

Preferred

Google Ads Certified
Experience implementing digital campaigns via multiple channels and platforms.
Experience or familiarity with coding languages such as: PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML and CSS.
