Responsibilities

• Build and manage TikTok, Meta and Microsoft advertising campaigns under the CMO's direction
• Maintain our affiliate program on Commission Junction, including publisher support, coupon codes, and tracking
• Manage influencer and creator outreach, product seeding, follow-up, and coordination from start to finish
• Produce and analyze monthly performance reports using GA4 and platform data, developing your own insights into what happened and why
• Work directly with the CMO on digital marketing initiatives, testing, and optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; marketing, communications, business, or a related field is a plus, but your degree matters less to us than the qualities below
• Strong writing skills - you'll write every day
• Comfortable with Excel, or determined to become very good at it quickly
• Analytical mindset - you genuinely want to understand why a number moved
• Curious and self-directed - when you see something broken, you flag it or fix it
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Able to work on-site in Pompano Beach five days a week

Preferred

• Familiarity with GA4, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, or other digital marketing platforms
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Coursework, internships, or personal projects related to marketing, advertising, analytics, or eCommerce
• Interest in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, paid social advertising, or direct response marketing
• Curiosity about consumer behavior and how marketing influences revenue and profit
