Lead digital marketing activities across paid channels, email, and cross‑channel campaigns for B2B industrial lighting.

• Own paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
• Optimize campaigns for performance through targeting, bidding, and creative testing
• Monitor metrics and provide reporting on performance, engagement, and conversions
• Identify opportunities to improve ROI and audience reach
• Build and execute email campaigns using HubSpot
• Develop segmented email workflows supporting launches and customer engagement
• Manage campaign setup including landing pages, forms, and lead capture
• Track metrics like open rates, CTR, and conversions
• Coordinate social media content across corporate platforms
• Support organic and paid social initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3–5 years in digital marketing, preferably B2B
• Hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
• Experience with HubSpot marketing automation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation experience
