Responsibilities - Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms. - Plan and schedule social media posts using Meta Business Suite. - Design and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. - Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications. - Help grow brand awareness and support our nationwide franchise network. - Track campaign performance and suggest new marketing ideas. - Teach fun, engaging yoga classes to children in local childcare centers. - Create a positive, encouraging environment where children can build confidence, focus, and a love of movement. - Represent the CKMN brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and compassion. Requirements - Associate’s degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Experience using Meta Business Suite - Experience creating and managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns - Strong written communication skills - At least 5 years of personal yoga experience. (Yoga certification is not required.) - Passion for working with young children - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to teach classes Preferred - TikTok content creation and management experience - Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design platforms - Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar - Photography and/or short-form video editing experience - Experience teaching children in any capacity
