Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance of the website, SEO, PPC, paid social and organic social channels.
  • Build the digital plan for each campaign with the Senior Campaign Marketing Manager: landing pages, paid search and social support, retargeting and tracking, in place before launch.
  • Run always-on demand capture across search and PPC so that buyers looking for our solutions between campaigns still convert, feeding the same pipeline reporting.
  • Own website governance and continuous optimisation: A/B testing, landing page improvement, user journeys and conversion rates.
  • Own keyword strategy and SEO best practice across the site, working with Campaign Marketing Executives so campaign content is built to rank.
  • Manage agency relationships across website development, SEO and paid media, holding them to output and efficiency.
  • Own analytics and tracking (GA4, SEMRush, conversion tracking) so digital reporting is trusted and campaign attribution works.
  • Report digital performance in campaign terms: pipeline contribution, conversion rates and cost per opportunity, alongside channel diagnostics.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and development to the Digital Marketing Assistant.

Requirements

  • Four or more years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proven management of Google Ads and paid social campaigns with budget accountability.
  • SEO and website optimisation experience, including landing page and conversion work.
  • Strong analytics capability across GA4 and SEMRush or equivalent tools.
  • Experience managing external agencies and holding them to performance.
  • Experience reporting digital performance against pipeline or revenue goals, not just channel metrics.

Preferred

  • Background in managed services, technology or professional services marketing.
  • Experience connecting web activity to Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM for lead tracking.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation tooling.
