Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day operations of GameTime.com
  • Manage and optimize a Magento-based e-commerce ecosystem
  • Partner with developers to launch new features and improvements
  • Build and optimize landing pages that convert
  • Drive organic, direct, and paid traffic growth
  • Lead SEO, AEO, AGO strategies (and yes, we actually care about the future of search)
  • Manage and analyze performance across:
  • Google Analytics
  • SEMrush
  • Google Ads
  • Microsoft Advertising
  • Collaborate across teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Turn data into decisions, and decisions into growtH

Requirements

  • You’ve managed a complex website with real scale (hundreds of pages, SKUs, integrations)
  • You know Magento and don’t need your hand held
  • You get a weird amount of satisfaction from improving conversion rates by 0.7%
  • You think in terms of funnels, flows, and friction
  • You don’t wait for direction… you see something broken and fix it
  • You care about the why, not just the metrics
