Job Summary

Own multi-channel content and nurture engine for a growing IMF community, balancing production, automation, and live events to move audiences from awareness to activation.

Content & distribution ownership: publish across 4–5 posts weekly on IG/FB/TikTok/LinkedIn, 1–2 YouTube videos, and 3–5 Shorts with growth to 1k then 10k followers.
Lifecycle & email automation: build HubSpot nurture workflows and sequences, lift CTR toward 2–3% benchmark.
Community & events: manage WhatsApp/Discord, host Masterclasses and in-person events, and track pixel-based performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Publish 4–5 posts per week across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Produce 1–2 YouTube videos and 3–5 Shorts per week
Grow each platform to 1,000 followers near-term, on a path to 10,000
Film and edit content at interviews, and live community events
Build and activate HubSpot behavioral nurture workflows and automated follow-up sequences
Lift email click-through rates from the current 1.3–1.6% to the 2–3% industry benchmark
Publish the weekly newsletter across owned channels, including LinkedIn
Support weekly Zoom and Discord Masterclass community sessions
Manage the IMF WhatsApp community daily
Provide marketing and content support for monthly in-person community events

Requirements

4+ years in digital marketing or social media management with demonstrable audience growth results — you can show us accounts you've grown, with before/after numbers and live links
A portfolio of short-form video content you've personally filmed and edited (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Hands-on experience building automated email workflows and nurture sequences on a major platform (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar) — HubSpot strongly preferred
Working knowledge of pixel implementation and funnel analytics (Meta, TikTok, HubSpot)
Experience managing online communities (WhatsApp, Discord, or similar) with consistent daily engagement
Excellent written English; native or fully professional fluency (English is the primary working language)
Self-directed and reliable — able to run a weekly content calendar without day-to-day oversight

Preferred

Mandarin proficiency
Experience marketing in the wellness, personal development, education, or coaching space
Familiarity with event marketing and on-site content capture
