Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
Manage advertising budgets, analyse campaign performance and maximise return on investment (ROI).
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic and local search visibility.
Manage and optimise Google Business Profile and local SEO.
Manage CRM systems, lead pipelines, email marketing, SMS campaigns and marketing automation.
Improve lead generation, customer engagement, consultation bookings and conversion rates.
Manage social media marketing across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Create engaging marketing content, advertising copy, email campaigns and website content.
Maintain and optimise website content and landing pages using WordPress.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results.
Strong practical experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Solid understanding of SEO, including on-page, technical and local SEO.
Experience using CRM systems, managing leads and implementing marketing automation.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and campaign reporting.
Experience with social media marketing, content creation and copywriting.
Knowledge of WordPress and website optimisation.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred

Previous experience in the aesthetics, beauty, skincare, wellness or healthcare industry.
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms.
Knowledge of email and WhatsApp marketing automation.
Experience using Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with landing page optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
Understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
