Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the DG monthly email by gathering content, applying templates, and completing link and UTM QA against a checklist
  • Maintain the DG email calendar by documenting send dates, audiences, and owners and updating simple audience documentation
  • Create and QA webinar registration pages and associated confirmation, reminder, and follow-up emails using existing templates
  • Assist with post-webinar tasks, including exporting and formatting attendance lists and attaching them to Salesforce campaigns under guidance
  • Update Highspot or similar enablement hubs with on-demand webinars and key campaign assets, ensuring links and labels remain accurate
  • Populate a standard DG performance report with email and webinar metrics and create simple charts that highlight top-performing programs
  • Check campaign and enablement spaces for outdated or broken assets, organize materials by campaign and audience, and document repeatable SOPs and checklists

Requirements

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, demand generation, and B2B SaaS , with a desire to learn how campaigns turn into sales conversations
  • Comfort working with Excel and basic data, including sorting, filtering, and building simple charts
  • Willingness to learn marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, Highspot, and Monday.com with guidance
  • Curiosity, organization, and attention to detail, especially when QA’ing emails, webinar assets, and enablement content
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to capture structured notes and insights from meetings with marketers and BDRs
  • Proactive mindset, openness to feedback, and motivation to document processes so future interns and early-career hires can ramp quickly
  • Undergraduate junior or senior, or 2026–2027 graduate, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
