Responsibilities

• Creative Execution: Produce high-authority visuals for web and social media using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva striving to meet elite global standards.
• Full-stack Management: Drive the end-to-end digital flow, including content creation, strict scheduling, and active community engagement across all platforms.
• Performance Tracking: Manage and support the roll-out of ad campaigns and monitor performance data to ensure every dollar spent delivers a tangible result.
• Workflow Optimization: Direct creative pipelines and administrative tasks to keep the team moving at maximum velocity in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• English Mastery: You possess excellent communication skills (~IELTS 7.5 equivalent) and are comfortable working in a 100% English environment.
• Full-stack Interest: You have a strong desire to master design, posting strategy, and the technical management of ad accounts.
