Job Summary
Own the hands-on marketing internship focus by supporting lease-up campaigns, market positioning, and multi-channel property marketing for a portfolio of communities.
- Campaign coordination and performance tracking to support lease-up across multiple properties.
- Digital marketing operations including ILS listings, photography/video coordination, website updates, and reputation monitoring.
- Analytics and reporting on traffic sources, lead conversions, and competitive market insights to inform positioning.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lease-up campaign support for new and underperforming communities
- Competitive market analysis and positioning research
- Property marketing coordination including signage, flyers, and digital updates
- Traffic source and lead conversion reporting
- Manage ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.)
- Coordinate photography and video coordination for property marketing
- Website content updates and reputation monitoring support
- Capstone project focused on digital marketing strategy or operational improvement recommendations
Requirements
- Junior or Senior pursuing Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Interest in real estate, multifamily housing, or operations-driven marketing
- Analytical mindset with interest in performance metrics and reporting
Preferred
- Familiarity with marketing tools, Canva, Excel, or digital platforms preferred
