Join us this summer to get the hands-on experience you need to build a career in digital marketing. At arrivia, we believe in real-world impact. We are looking for a high-energy Digital Marketing Intern who is obsessed with content, strategy, and the why behind the customer journey.
You will work alongside our Web Experience and Marketing teams to see how global travel campaigns are built, managed, and optimized. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of brand storytelling and digital execution, contributing to projects that move the needle for a global travel brand.
The Intern Experience

• C-Suite Mentorship: Weekly sessions with our executive leaders to learn the high-level strategy behind scaling a global travel brand.
• Intern Cohort Outings: Organized team-building events and social outings across Scottsdale to help you build your professional network.
• Portfolio-Building Work: You will own pieces of high-visibility projects, moving them from creative concept to live digital campaigns.
  

Key Projects & Responsibilities

• Campaign Content & Strategy: Assist with the end-to-end launch of marketing campaigns. You will help refine the messaging, ensure brand consistency, and audit landing pages for our global resort partners.
• "Great Getaways" Rebuild: Provide fresh ideas and content strategy for our flagship "Great Getaways" experience. You will conduct competitor audits and suggest improvements to the member journey to drive more bookings.
• Web Experience Audits: Learn to analyze high-traffic web pages through a marketing lens, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion through better content and layout.
• Quality & Brand Governance: Help us maintain 100% accuracy and world-class quality. You will gain experience in professional QA, learning how to scale brand voice and validate that pages are market-ready.
• Process Innovation: Help organize internal workflows and documentation, providing a fresh perspective on how to make our marketing machine run smoother.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Education: We are specifically looking for graduating seniors or recent graduates majoring in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related business field.
• Marketing Mindset: You have a genuine interest in digital marketing funnels and understand that a good design is one that effectively tells a story and converts a customer.
• Communication Skills: This is a highly cross-functional role. You thrive on collaborating with different teams and aren't afraid to present your ideas or ask questions.
• Optimization Focus: You have a strong analytical mindset and a sharp eye for detail with a focus on constant improvement.
• Technical Pluses: Basic familiarity with web basics like HTML/CSS or design tools like Figma/Canva is a nice to have to help you upload content, but your primary focus is the strategy and the message.
