Job Summary
Own real world Google Ads exposure by assisting on client campaigns, learning setup, optimization, and reporting; progress toward certification while absorbing budgeting and A/B testing basics.
- Growth Infrastructure: Assist in managing live Google Ads campaigns and learn setup and optimization.
- Demand Generation: Learn targeting, budgeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze ad performance and assist with reporting to clients.

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing real Google Ads campaigns for active clients
- Learn paid advertising strategy, campaign setup, and optimization
- Analyze ad performance and assist with reporting
- Gain exposure to budgeting, targeting, and A/B testing
- Work toward earning your Google Ads Certification (on your own time)
Requirements
- Currently enrolled or recent grad at CSUSM with a B.S. in Business Administration.
- Eager to learn digital marketing and Google Ads from the ground up.
- Self-motivated — willing to pursue Google Ads Certification independently.
- Lives in or near Oceanside, Vista, Carlsbad, or San Marcos.
- Available to meet in-person weekly at a coffee shop in Oceanside
