Build hands on paid ads chops with real client campaigns, while you learn strategy, testing, budgeting and reporting and chase Google Ads certification.

Assist on live Google Ads campaigns to learn setup and optimization.
Analyze performance and contribute to client reporting and insights.
Develop budgeting and testing discipline while pursuing the certification on your own time.

Job Description

Assist in managing real Google Ads campaigns for active clients
Learn paid advertising strategy, campaign setup, and optimization
Analyze ad performance and assist with reporting
Gain exposure to budgeting, targeting, and A/B testing
Work toward earning your Google Ads Certification (on your own time)
Currently enrolled or recent grad at CSUSM with a B.S. in Business Administration.
Eager to learn digital marketing and Google Ads from the ground up
Self-motivated — willing to pursue Google Ads Certification independently
Lives in or near Oceanside, Vista, Carlsbad, or San Marcos
Available to meet in-person weekly at a coffee shop in Oceanside
