Own and accelerate growth across multi-channel campaigns, analytics-driven optimization, and repeatable SEO and CRO initiatives to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Own end-to-end growth strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok and other channels
Build and analyze dashboards to optimize CAC, ROAS, and conversions

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital channels.
Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
Build dashboards and reports to track key marketing KPIs.
Monitor and improve CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROI, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
Develop SEO and Local SEO strategies to increase online visibility.
Optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and customer journeys.
Conduct competitor research and identify new growth opportunities.
Use AI tools to improve marketing strategy, reporting, and campaign optimization.
