Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute weekly promotions and campaigns
  • Build and send email & SMS campaigns (Mailchimp, Shopify, Square, or similar)
  • Manage and update Shopify store (products, collections, homepage)
  • Optimize product listings for SEO and digital merchandising
  • Manage and grow Faire (wholesale platform)
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion and increase online sales
  • Interact with customers and observe buying behavior
  • Support store floor as needed
  • Pack and ship ecommerce orders as needed
  • Assist with inventory and product organization

Requirements

  • Interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, or business
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Comfortable learning new tools and platforms
  • Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
  • Availability for weekends and in-store shifts as needed

Preferred

  • Coursework, internship, or hands-on experience in marketing, ecommerce, or business
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Mailchimp, Square Marketing, or similar tools
  • Experience with content, campaigns, or digital projects
  • Personal projects (e.g., online store, social media page, side hustle, etc.)
  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate examples of work, projects, or relevant experience.
