Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish content for social media channels.
• Manage and update website content using a CMS (SquareSpace).
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, design, scheduling, and reporting.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Support search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives through keyword research, content optimization, and technical updates.
• Coordinate paid digital advertising campaigns with internal teams.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Collaborate with sales, branch teams, and other departments to develop marketing materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Experience with social media management platforms.
• Familiarity with email marketing software (HubSpot preferred)
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
• Experience using website CMS platforms such as SquareSpace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is preferred.
