Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content and Brand Storytelling
  • Develop engaging content that highlights completed projects, specialized services, craftsmanship, and behind-the-scenes processes.
  • Write and edit website articles, project highlights, case studies, social media captions, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Adapt content for the distinct audiences and voices of the individual Artmill Group brands.
  • Maintain a consistent publishing calendar across multiple platforms and websites.
  • Coordinate with staff to identify projects, photograph work, gather technical information, and develop accurate stories.
  • Photograph and edit projects for use on websites, social media, email, and promotional materials.
  • Organize and maintain a searchable library of digital images and marketing assets.
  • Social Media and Community Engagement
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media, or a related role.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing professional social media accounts.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress or a comparable content-management system.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and website content optimization.
  • Experience using GA4, Google Search Console, or similar analytics tools.
  • Proficiency with image-editing and design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or comparable programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, deadlines, and publishing schedules.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Good judgment when handling client information, project photography, and confidential materials.

Preferred

  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or other paid-media platforms.
  • Experience with email-marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.
  • Photography and short-form video-production skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and lead-conversion tracking.
  • Knowledge of or interest in fine art, custom framing, conservation, interior design, architecture, museums, antiques, or luxury services.
  • Experience marketing multiple related brands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, art, design, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
