Job Summary

Own the end-to-end web strategy and content lifecycle, aligning UX, CMS delivery, CRM integration, and data-driven optimization across marketing campaigns.

  • Web Strategy & Content: Own market-based pages, landing pages, and UX improvements to boost engagement.
  • UX & Research: Design experiences, run user tests, and enforce brand/editorial standards.
  • CRM & Analytics: Tie CRM to engagement data and use insights to refine digital strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creates and implements strategy for specific area of digital marketing as assigned by manager.
  • Oversees and designs user experience through fluid design and customer-focused content.
  • Conducts user testing and focus groups as needed to understand the user experience.
  • Monitors and enforces compliance with organization brand guidelines, editorial standards, web standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Builds and launches system digital plans to support marketing and communication initiatives that align with areas of focus.
  • Designs market-based web content to increase website engagement and improve the user experience.
  • Develops landing pages to align with digital strategy and support marketing campaigns as appropriate.
  • Integrates with the organization’s CRM platform to track customer engagement and identify areas of improvement.
  • Uses data and analytics to inform strategy development and adjustments.
  • Develops market-based web content including gathering and researching information that enhances the value of the website to intended audiences.
  • Serves as project manager on multi-disciplinary teams that oversee web changes/enhancements. Coordinates with third-party vendor to implement web tactics that require developer support, ensuring on time delivery of digital deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or closely related field
