Job Summary

Own the planning and education-focused marketing work for healthcare and employee benefits clients, coordinating plan materials, collateral, and timely execution while supporting sales with analyses and promotions.

Develop client-facing education materials and communications that explain marketing plans.
Manage account-specific marketing implementations and milestone timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Collaborate with training, cross-functional teams, and sales to activate campaigns and promotions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Contributes to development of marketing plans, initiatives, and related communications on client's behalf.
Creates collateral to aid clients in plan education efforts.
Responsible for sales support activities such as account analyses, research, and sales promotion.
Assists in the implementation of account specific marketing plans.
Maintains and manages timelines so that marketing milestones are met.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
May assist in orienting and training lower level employees.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 3 years in healthcare, employee benefits, or related industry experience required.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required/preferred)

Preferred

Hands-on experience executing digital marketing and communication campaigns
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required/preferred)
Experience with Adobe Marketo or similar marketing automation tools
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience working in both B2B and B2C communications environments
Demonstrates curiosity, accountability, and willingness to ask questions in a fast-paced environment
