Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage FSC's social media across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and related channels.
Develop and implement social strategies to grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
Create and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and promos.
Monitor trends and propose innovative ways to boost audience engagement.
Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports.
Maintain a content calendar aligned with priorities, campaigns, events, and observances.
Research and incorporate observances and awareness campaigns relevant to FSC's mission.
Write and edit content for social, newsletters, websites, and promotional materials.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across channels.
Capture professional photos and videos at events and activities.
Produce and edit shortform and longform video content for marketing and education.
Maintain a digital library of photos, videos, and assets.
Coordinate staff headshots and keep staff photos updated.
Develop stories highlighting FSC's impact, programs, clients, staff, volunteers, and partners.
Create staff spotlights, partner highlights, donor features, volunteer stories, and client testimonials.
Collect success stories while upholding confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
Support marketing and promotion of events, workshops, fundraisers, and outreach.
Participate in community outreach and represent FSC as needed.
Grow FSC's presence in the communities served and ensure branding alignment.
