Job Summary

Own content and digital presence for a multi-channel community marketing program, shaping social strategy, content production, and brand experiences across websites and events.

  • Content Engine: Develop cross-channel content strategies and editorial calendars for social, email, and web.
  • Creative Production: Create graphics and videos, publish campaigns, and coordinate paid social initiatives.
  • Community & Brand Ops: Manage calendars, engage the audience, monitor conversations, and uphold brand standards across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies across social media platforms.
  • Create and publish engaging digital content including graphics, videos, reels and campaigns.
  • Manage social media calendars, community engagement and performance reporting.
  • Monitor comments, reviews, direct messages and online conversations.
  • Coordinate paid social media advertising campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Write, edit and publish website content, blogs, newsletters and community updates.
  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns and member communications.
  • Produce and manage recurring publications and digital content initiatives.
  • Develop editorial calendars and creative concepts that support organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, communications, content creation or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of industry-standard graphic design tools, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills.
  • Solid project management and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience creating content across various digital channels, including websites, email marketing and social media.
  • Experience with website content management systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience with coordinating multiple digital platforms and marketing technologies.

Preferred

  • Experience with photography, videography and video editing.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and analytics reporting.
  • Familiarity with community-based marketing, event promotion or nonprofit organizations.
