Job Description

Drive SOWF’s digital marketing and donor engagement across social, website, and email to raise awareness and donations.

  • Develop, design, and publish content across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Ensure content aligns with SOWF’s mission and integrates with website updates and email communications.
  • Strategically grow follower engagement and track KPIs to optimize outreach.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar featuring milestones, testimonials, and fundraising campaigns.
  • Monitor and engage with SOWF’s online community, strengthening supporter connections.
  • Assist in digital fundraising initiatives, including peer-to-peer campaigns and online giving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Development to leverage digital marketing for sponsorships and donor contributions.
  • Track donor engagement and revenue trends using CRM tools and reporting.
  • Support email marketing campaigns to engage donors and drive fundraising efforts.
  • Conduct regular website audits to optimize engagement and donations.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent; 3-5 years in nonprofit social media and digital content.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and design skills for compelling digital content.
  • Experience with DonorPerfect, WordPress, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
  • Proven ability to create online donation forms, event landing pages, and peer-to-peer campaigns.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to communicate impact to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel locally or out-of-state for events and promotions.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned to support SOWF’s mission.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative, mission-driven mindset.
