As a Digital Marketing Client Success Manager (CSM) for Get Found Fast, you need to have at least two years of marketing agency experience. We are looking for candidates based in North America who are available during standard work hours across the Eastern and Pacific time zones.

This role includes relationship building, digital strategy development and analysis, and project oversight. You’ll serve as the day-to-day manager between your clients and our internal service teams, ensuring that every campaign is executed on time, on budget, and in line with strategy. From onboarding new clients to monitoring campaign performance, you’ll be the Leader, Manager, and Trusted Marketing Consultant that keeps things moving and improving—and the trusted marketing advisor that keeps clients informed, engaged, and confident.

As a Digital Marketing Client Success Manager at Get Found Fast, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, building relationships, leading strategy, and ensuring seamless execution across campaigns. You’ll take the lead on client onboarding, gathering key details, aligning expectations, and setting each partnership up for success. Day to day, you’ll coordinate deliverables and timelines across internal teams, oversee quality assurance, and ensure every project stays within budget and scope. You’ll analyze performance data using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and SEMrush to uncover insights, track KPIs, and recommend strategic next steps. You’ll proactively deliver campaign updates and performance reviews while identifying new opportunities for client growth and retention.

• 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar client-facing role
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, SEMrush or similar SEO tools, and preferably familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and WordPress.
• Strong organizational and time management skills—you’re a pro at juggling multiple priorities without missing a beat.
• Digital marketing strategy ideas and suggestions for improving results
• Confident communicator with the ability to explain digital strategy and data to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing projects from kickoff to delivery, including timelines, QA, and budgets
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and solution-focused
• Bonus: Experience in working with healthcare industry clients
