Digital Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Plan, create and schedule engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant channels.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, blog articles and promotional content.
• Campaign Support: Assist in planning, launching and monitoring digital marketing campaigns.
• Email Marketing: Create and manage email newsletters and campaigns to engage customers and prospects.
• Brand Development: Help maintain a consistent brand voice, messaging and visual identity across marketing channels.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing metrics, analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Market Research: Research industry trends, competitors and audience insights to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Team Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to support business growth and marketing objectives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content creation or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• An understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• A proactive, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred

• Experience with SEO and website content management.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
• Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns.
