  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates and best practices and apply new insights to strengthen execution.
  • Represent Larson Communications with professionalism, integrity and a team-first mindset when working with clients, partners and teammates.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting or executing digital campaigns across channels such as paid social, search, email, and marketing automation.
  • Foundational graphic design experience including brand assets, website or landing page design and basic video editing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate ideas and data into clear messages.
  • Analytical mindset with experience reviewing performance metrics and drawing insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and details with accuracy and accountability.

Preferred Skills
