Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Building fan-facing email, SMS and paid social media campaigns across a variety of initiatives, including gameday communications, youth basketball programming, ticket sales, special events, etc.
  • Tracking and reporting on paid media performance metrics across key advertising platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
  • Leading monthly billing and spend reports for paid advertising campaigns and other digital marketing expenditures.
  • Conceptualizing and requesting creative assets (graphics, videos, etc.) and writing copy for digital ads, emails, and texts.
  • Assisting with on-site and gameday-related marketing initiatives and promotional activations as needed.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate education with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, Business, or similar field
  • Interest in learning digital marketing best practices in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
  • Strong spreadsheet (e.g., Microsoft Excel) skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
  • Understanding of social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and content trends
  • Direct experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
  • Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas
  • Self-starter comfortable taking ownership of tasks
  • Team-first mentality who will contribute to our positive culture
  • Ability to balance multiple projects at once while working in a highly collaborative workplace
