- Respond quickly to client inquiries and timely matters, maintaining composure in high-pressure and stressful situations.
- Assist with urgent needs and side projects as they arise, including client-facing projects.
- Occasionally assist with writing, editing, and posting on-brand content for clients, optimized for each platform.
- Safeguard sensitive and confidential client information and handle all tasks with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Various Marketing tasks assigned on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as they fall within a recurring weekly schedule (this team operates every day of the year).
- Comfortable working on a computer and iPhone for the duration of the workday. Dependable equipment and internet connection is required at all times during scheduled shifts.

- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft on-brand, grammatically correct, engaging copy.
- Basic video/photo editing skills for social platforms (using software such as Premiere Pro, InShot, CapCut, Canva, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
- Experience with Apple products (Messages, iCloud Photos) and Google Workspace tools (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
- Extremely high attention to detail in all tasks.
- Proactive and vocal – you ask for help, when needed, and collaborate effectively with clients and fellow team members.
- Ability to work independently most of the time.
- A strong interest in the music industry, fandom, and digital trends.
Additional Information:
- This is a part-time role with required availability Saturdays and Sundays, including holidays as it falls in a recurring schedule.
