Responsibilities

• Be a Creative Chameleon: Jump into photography, writing, video editing, or ad management wherever the team needs you.
• Master AI Tools: Lean into the future. You’ll use AI to streamline workflows, spark creative ideas, and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Execute Campaigns: Help take projects from “cool idea” to “live on the web.”

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Design, Journalism, or related preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A “no task too small” attitude and a hunger to learn.
• Must be based full-time in the Coachella Valley area.

Preferred

• The “Initiative” Factor: You’ve started something on your own. Maybe it’s a YouTube channel, a photography side-hustle, a blog, or you helped grow a local business. Show us your “thing.”
• Educational Background: A college degree is preferred (e.g., College of the Desert Technical/Design or UC Riverside Palm Desert alumni).
• Creative Portfolio: Writing samples, design portfolio, or video reel you’re proud of.
