Job Summary

Own the early stage content, social, and brand support workflow for an AI-focused program in Northwest Arkansas, with the intern path shaping into a full-time role.

  • Content & Social: support posting, asset creation, and channel coordination to keep the brand present in local AI conversations.
  • Events & Community: assist with event promotions and community engagement to raise alignment with startup and AI ecosystems.
  • Learning & Access: build foundational IT curiosity, communicate progress, and position for a possible full-time transition.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities: to help with content, social media, event promotion, and general brand support as Align AI continues growing in the NWA business and AI ecosystem.
  • Requirements: Current Arkansas state resident
  • Requirements: Ability to pass a standard background check
  • Requirements: Ability to work 40 hours a week, following the three-month internship
  • Requirements: Ability to work full-time in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship
  • Requirements: High curiosity and interest in learning new technologies and growing or starting your IT career
  • Requirements: Technical aptitude exhibited through projects, experience, or online learning and the ability to communicate what you know
  • Requirements: Length of Internship: 3 months with the potential to convert to a full-time opportunity
