Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor content performance metrics and use data to guide decision-making.
  • Develop audience-centered, digital-first content that enhances the user experience.
  • Support student enrollment goals through strategic content creation.
  • Ensure all content reflects and strengthens the institution’s brand voice.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, high-value content.
  • Drive user engagement, conversion, and long-term audience growth.
  • Analyze web analytics and user insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize content performance through continuous testing and refinement.
  • Translate data and user behavior trends into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to marketing strategy as a key member of the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Experience: Must have moderate experience as a designer, multimedia designer including the following
  • - Digital content in Higher Education
  • - Working with Clients
