Responsibilities

• Maintain content calendars, briefs, owners, deadlines, approvals, source files, and publishing status in the Digital Content Specialist role at Seronda Network.
• Coordinate copy, graphics, video, web, email, or social assets with writers, designers, marketers, and subject-matter experts as part of the Digital Content Specialist role at Seronda Network.
• Edit and quality-check content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, links, formatting, accessibility, and approved messaging across communications, reputation, and events in this Digital Content Specialist position.
• Publish or schedule approved content in the appropriate CMS, email, social, or digital platform for the Seronda Network team as part of Digital Content Specialist work.
• Maintain organized content libraries, final assets, metadata, update history, and reusable source materials while supporting communications, reputation, and events in the Digital Content Specialist role at Seronda Network.
• Track content performance and prepare basic engagement, traffic, conversion, or distribution summaries as part of day-to-day Digital Content Specialist responsibilities at Seronda Network.

Requirements

• Comfort using CMS, social, email, collaboration, spreadsheet, and basic analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple content deadlines, revisions, and approvals accurately.
• Good judgment about tone, audience, source accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Strong attention to detail when publishing and maintaining digital assets.
• A pre-employment background check is required.
• Experience level: Associate

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and digital-content coordination skills for the Digital Content Specialist opening at Seronda Network.
