Responsibilities

• The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for elevating Northwood Ravin’s digital presence through high-quality visual storytelling and strategic social media execution.
• This role blends creative production with performance-driven strategy to showcase our luxury apartment communities and corporate brand.
• This individual will lead day-to-day social media strategies across property and corporate channels while actively producing compelling photos, video, and graphic content that reflects our high-end lifestyle positioning.
• The ideal candidate has a refined aesthetic, understands audience behavior, and thrives in both creative development and analytics-driven optimization.
• This role requires on-site property visits to capture original content and maintain brand consistency across the portfolio.
• Content Creation & Capture
• Produce high-quality photo and video content across communities, sub-brands, amenities, resident events, and lifestyle experiences
• Conduct routine property visits to capture original visual assets aligned with brand standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (luxury, hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle brand preferred)
• Portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and graphic design capabilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and short-form video editing tools
• Strong understanding of Instagram and emerging social platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines
• Ability to balance creative execution with performance analytics
