Job Description

Responsibilities
- Content Publishing and Management
- Publish, update, and maintain web content using Sitecore or AEM
- Structure content modules, templates, and components to optimize usability and performance
- Manage digital assets, including images, documents, and metadata
- Process and Workflow
- Collaborate with marketing, product, compliance, and digital teams to support content requests and publishing timelines
- Follow established content workflows and documentation practices
- Recommend improvements to content processes, templates, and governance to enhance efficiency and consistency
- 2–5 years of experience in digital content publishing, web production, or content operations
- Hands‑on experience using Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for daily publishing tasks
- Experience using Workfront (or similar project/traffic management tools) to manage tasks and approvals
- Strong attention to detail, project coordination and communication skills
- Experience with workflows, version control, and digital asset management systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
