Job Description

Support ARC’s digital communications program by creating content, managing social and email campaigns, and tracking engagement.

  • Own or contribute to content development and scheduling across digital channels.
  • Implement ARC’s social media plan and distribute digital materials.
  • Maintain and update website content to align with ARC’s goals.
  • Develop and distribute newsletters, email campaigns, and outreach materials.
  • Draft and edit web content, internal announcements, reports, and promotional items.
  • Support internal communications to keep staff informed about agency priorities.
  • Collaborate with teams to translate complex information into clear messaging.
  • Track digital performance and prepare engagement reports.
  • Perform other duties to support agency communications goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in communications, marketing, digital communications, media relations, public relations or content development.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential duties of the job may be considered.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of digital communications tools and platforms including social media marketing and email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and in team-based environments.
  • Familiarity with social media management and email marketing services and platforms

Preferred

  • Familiarity with website content management and accessibility best practices is preferred.
