Job Summary

Own a nimble content engine for a major destination, turning live events into story-led content while staying on brand and on tone with marquee programming.

  • Content & Production: Shoot and deliver photos and videos end to end for social and events.
  • Collaboration & Partnerships: Align with internal teams and the agency, plus pursue influencer/event content to expand reach.
  • Opportunity Discovery: Spot real-time moments to capture and publish timely content.

Job Description

  • Create compelling content and cover events while maintaining alignment with the destination’s brand voice, tone, and high-quality standards.
  • Execute all aspects of video and photo production, including pre-production, on-site content capture, audio, lighting, and the delivery of final assets.
  • Identify and share real-time opportunities for the brand to engage with.
  • Work hand-in-hand with internal teams and the social agency of record to ensure the content aligns with the brand's social, cultural, and marquee event programming.
  • Explore and initiate content collaborations with marquee event partners, influencers, etc., to produce engaging content to reach new audiences and expand the influence of the brand.
  • High School diploma required
  • a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Film, Graphic Design or related field is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in digital media with a professional portfolio to showcase past work
  • Comfortable capturing both photos and video, whether on an iPhone or mirrorless camera
  • Dynamic photo/video editing skills using Adobe Suite, CapCut or other programs
  • Awareness of digital/social media trends, technology and best practices
  • Possess a fervor for storytelling that is both dynamic and unconventional
  • Able to draft authentic and engaging copy across all digital platforms
  • Able to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Highly creative, collaborative, positive, and proactive
  • Experience collaborating with marquee event partners or influencers
  • Advanced editing/motion graphics skills in preferred NLEs
