Job Summary

Own the Lied Center’s integrated communications program, shaping the audience, brand visibility, and revenue impact through multi-channel content, media relations, and campus partnerships.

  • Growth & Audience Development: attract diverse audiences across art forms and build advocacy as a core channel for engagement and ticket sales.
  • Strategic Campaigns: orchestrate monthly/quarterly integrated campaigns for performances, education, rentals, and institutional priorities.
  • Stakeholder & Partnership Management: cultivate relations with media, campus partners, Friends of Lied, and community organizations to broaden reach and deepen support.

Job Description

Lead the Lied Center's integrated communications program to raise visibility, engagement, and ticket sales across digital content, media relations, and campus channels.

  • Communications Strategy: direct digital content, media relations, public relations, and audience development to drive visibility and sales.
  • Content & Campaigns: produce mission-driven content across digital, email, social, and press to maximize engagement.
  • Integrated Campaigns: develop monthly/quarterly PR and communications plans for performances, education initiatives, rentals, and institutional priorities.
  • Stakeholder & Partnership Management: build relationships with media, campus partners, Friends of Lied, and community groups to extend reach.
  • Audience Growth & Inclusion: attract diverse audiences across art forms.
  • Cross-Partner Alignment: collaborate with Deputy Director and leadership to align messaging with revenue goals and patron engagement.
  • Partnerships & Promotions: manage non-paid marketing partnerships, trades, and collaborative promotions.
  • Internal Communications Oversight: ensure message clarity across internal and campus communications.
