Responsibilities

• You'll create and manage digital communications across email, web, landing pages, and podcast platforms, while transforming ministry stories and updates into compelling content.
• You'll also monitor digital engagement, support ministry events, and collaborate with teams across CBN to ensure communications are timely, engaging, and effective.

Requirements

• Experience in digital communications, content development, and content management
• Experience in website content management systems and email marketing platforms
• Proficiency with basic graphic design tools and the ability to create and edit digital assets, including thumbnails and other visual content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ministry objectives to a variety of audiences
• Strong storytelling, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience with podcast production, publishing, and distribution platforms
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Asana, Mailchimp, and other relevant digital communication platforms and tools
• Ability to analyze communication metrics and use data to improve audience engagement and communication effectiveness
• Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential donor and ministry information and make sound decisions
