Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital brand execution – Develop and execute digital communication strategies that strengthen awareness, engagement, and connection with the Starbucks Reserve and Roastery brands across customer-facing channels.
  • Own content creation and storytelling – Create, publish, and manage content across social media, digital channels, websites, and customer-facing communications. Capture photography and video content that showcases products, partners, events, and experiences while partnering with agencies and creative resources when needed.
  • Bring campaigns and experiences to life – Partner with business stakeholders to execute integrated campaigns, product launches, seasonal activations, and key Roastery events through compelling content, communications, and storytelling.
  • Manage digital channels and brand presence – Serve as the owner of the Roasteries' digital presence, ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards across websites, online business profiles, customer review platforms, and other customer-facing digital channels.
  • Drive marketing operations excellence – Manage project timelines, approvals, production schedules, in-store printed materials, and execution processes to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Leverage insights and partnerships to drive results – Analyze performance metrics and customer insights to optimize content and campaigns while collaborating across a highly matrixed organization to deliver business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, communications, social media, content creation, or related fields
  • Experience creating and managing digital content, including photography, videography, copywriting, social media, website content, and customer-facing communications
  • Experience executing campaigns, launches, and marketing initiatives from planning through implementation
  • Experience managing digital channels, online brand presence, and content governance while maintaining alignment with brand standards
  • Strong analytical, communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills, including the ability to influence and drive results in a matrixed organization

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working with creative agencies, content partners, or external vendors preferred
