Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Civille clients
• Lead client calls to review website performance, SEO progress, and marketing strategy
• Communicate client needs and project updates to internal teams
• Coordinate website builds, updates, and marketing initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and lead generation
• Identify opportunities to improve client results through additional marketing strategies
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Experience in account management, client success, or client services
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Familiarity with websites (WordPress) and digital marketing concepts
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred

• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategy
• Experience working with law firms or the legal industry
• Familiarity with paid advertising (Google Ads, Local Service Ads)
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools
• Background in a digital agency environment
