Job Summary

Own fundraising and donor communications, turning CRM data into a roadmap for engagement, giving, and public awareness while leading ethical fundraising and community storytelling.

  • Own CRM, donor data, and reporting to guide fundraising strategy and donor segmentation.
  • Lead communications and content across fundraising channels to boost public awareness and community engagement.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan with ethical practices and timely activity timelines.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, supervision and guidance to Clubhouse members in a positive manner consistent with the mission, vision, and values of HOPE Clubhouse.
  • Ensures and always maintains confidentiality.
  • Leads, supervises, attends, and/or participates in morning meetings, house meetings, and unit meetings.
  • Participate in International Clubhouse Colleague Training in the Clubhouse Model, as decided by Clubhouse leadership.
  • Demonstrates openness and flexibility in adapting to organizational changes.
  • Meet all agency, program, contract, and grant policies, reporting schedules, and budgets.
  • Participates in activities both within HOPE Clubhouse and the community to increase awareness about the Clubhouse and build community relationships.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Program Director to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities.
  • Ensure all development activities adhere to ethical fundraising principles and best practices.
  • Monitor community trends and adjust fundraising strategies to maximize opportunities.

Requirements

  • Master’s level practitioner: Masters in Business, Marketing, Social Work (MSW) or related field preferred, OR Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or Social Work or related field
  • May consider a Bachelor’s degree that is mental health or education related with a minimum of 5 years human/social service experience working with individuals of varying abilities
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine correspondence, reports, business correspondence, and a variety of “how-to” documents
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of members or employees of other organizations
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumferences, and volume
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic accounting

Preferred

  • Master’s level practitioner: Masters in Business, Marketing, Social Work (MSW) or related field preferred
  • Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or Social Work or related field preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Digital Design experience (ex: publisher or Canva) preferred
