Own and drive DLCC’s research function to illuminate state-level political strategy, supporting rapid, donor- and press-facing insights and high-impact messaging across campaigns, with team-led analysis and cross-department collaboration.

• Research strategy and execution that align with organizational and political priorities, delivering timely products for communications, digital, and policy teams.
• Lead and develop the research team, ensuring quick tact-checks and final sign-offs when required.
• Design, plan, and execute research projects responsive to donor, partner, and press topics of interest.
