Responsibilities

• Visit referring and prospective dental offices throughout the community
• Build relationships with dentists, hygienists, office managers, treatment coordinators, and team members
• Learn what referring practices need and identify meaningful ways we can support them
• Coordinate office visits, doctor meetings, lunch-and-learns, study clubs, continuing education programs, and appreciation events
• Follow up consistently after visits, referrals, meetings, and events
• Help dental offices understand the periodontal and implant services available to their patients
• Create and distribute referral materials, newsletters, invitations, and practice updates
• Develop organized weekly, monthly, and quarterly outreach plans
• Track outreach activity, referral trends, event attendance, and measurable results
• Collaborate with our doctor and team on practice-growth opportunities
