Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Specialist to drive awareness, traffic, and qualified leads for O’Ryan Health’s Allergy Kits. You will build demand directly with parents nationwide so families can easily discover, purchase, and use our simple, child-friendly kits from home, turning kids into “Superhero Scientists”. This is a commission-only 1099 role with uncapped earning potential tied directly to revenue from kits sold through the campaigns and channels you own.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demand generation or growth marketing experience in DTC e-commerce (health, wellness, diagnostics, or consumer health preferred).
• Proven track record generating measurable online revenue and customer acquisition through digital channels (please share specific metrics).
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
• Healthcare or nursing background welcome 
• Passion for pediatric health and our mission to empower families.
• Parents/moms with lived experience in pediatric health challenges and military veterans are especially encouraged to apply.
