Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records, requests, status updates, and source information related to marketing, advertising, social media, event support, campaign execution, and client coordination.
• Coordinate routine follow-up with customers, clients, vendors, partners, or internal teammates when the Data Analyst workflow requires action.
• Review assigned work for completeness, document exceptions, and escalate unresolved items instead of guessing.
• Use approved digital systems, email, shared documents, and structured trackers to keep work visible and current.
• Prepare clear handoffs and recurring updates so another authorized teammate can understand what was completed, what remains open, and who owns the next step.

Requirements

• Practical ability with Root Cause Analysis, Spreadsheet Analysis, Booking Records, and Data Interpretation as they apply to the Data Analyst role.
• Strong written communication, organization, and follow-through in a remote work setting.
• Comfort maintaining accurate digital records and protecting confidential or customer information appropriately.
• Ability to manage deadlines, ask questions when information is incomplete, and document decisions clearly.
