Data Analyst, Go-To-Market Analytics

Why We Have This Role

This role exists to help Qualtrics make better go-to-market decisions with clear, reliable analysis. As a Data Analyst, Go-To-Market Analytics, you’ll turn complex business questions into insights that improve how sales teams operate across global regions. You’ll work closely with sales leaders, field teams, and internal stakeholders to uncover pain points, prioritize opportunities, and support decisions with data. If you like solving messy problems, building clarity from large data sets, and seeing your work shape revenue outcomes, this is a role where your work will matter quickly.

How You’ll Find Success

  • You’re naturally curious and motivated by figuring out why something is happening, not just reporting what happened.
  • You work well with data at scale, using structured analysis to find patterns, troubleshoot issues, and produce work that is accurate and useful.
  • You take initiative by getting the context, understanding the desired outcome, and moving work forward without waiting for every detail to be spelled out.
  • You communicate clearly and can translate complex analysis into a story that helps different stakeholders make decisions.
  • You stay organized across multiple requests, balancing speed, detail, and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • You build with scalability in mind, creating dashboards, queries, and outputs that others can use and trust over time.
  • You handle ambiguity well and can make progress even when the problem, process, or answer is not immediately obvious.

How You’ll Grow

  • Deepen your analytics toolkit by sharpening your skills in SQL, visualization, and statistical or programming-based analysis in real business situations.
  • Build go-to-market expertise by learning how global sales, customer success, and marketing teams operate and what drives their performance.
  • Strengthen your business communication by presenting insights to a wide range of stakeholders and influencing decisions through data.
  • Expand your ownership by taking on an entire area of go-to-market operations and becoming a trusted subject-matter expert.
  • Help shape a growing function with opportunities to contribute to team processes and ways of working from the ground up.

Things You’ll Do

  • Improve go-to-market decision making by performing quantitative and qualitative analysis that leads to actionable insights for special projects, reporting, and strategic questions.
  • Support field teams effectively by handling inbound requests for data analysis, decision support, and data needs with a strong focus on usefulness and responsiveness.
  • Create clarity from complex data by building queries, views, reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Excel, Python, R, and SQL-based systems.
  • Increase team focus on the right priorities by proactively partnering with internal stakeholders each week to assess requests, align on urgency, and sequence work for the greatest impact.
  • Drive problems through to outcomes by owning end-to-end problem solving from discovery and exploration through implementation, not stopping at analysis alone.
  • Own a core area of GTM operations by leading projects from start to finish, serving as the subject-matter expert, and ensuring analytics are used to drive business results.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • Experience querying data, building tables and views, and working with large data sets in SQL.
  • Experience handling data, running analyses, and building data pipelines in Python or R.
  • Evidence that you can take a complex analysis and communicate it clearly to different audiences in a way that supports decision making.
  • 2–3 years of experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, or clear proof that you can create compelling visuals from complex data.
  • A track record of learning technical skills on the job and applying them quickly to real business problems.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing strict SLAs, and communicating effectively with global stakeholders.
  • A degree in a quantitative or systems-focused field such as Information Systems, Computer Science, STEM, Business Analytics, Finance, or Data Science.
  • Exposure to sales operations, CRM systems like Salesforce or SAP C4C, or sales planning processes is a plus.

What You Should Know About This Team

  • This team works on high-impact problems that shape how global go-to-market teams plan, measure performance, and improve execution.
  • You’ll be close to the business—supporting areas such as territory planning, quota setting, pipeline and capacity health, customer health, performance management, and customer journey analytics.
  • The work is cross-functional by design, which means you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions rather than working in a silo.
  • The team values ownership and practical problem solving, giving you room to take ideas from question to implementation.
  • Growth is part of the experience here, with opportunities to build expertise, expand scope, and contribute to how the function evolves.

Our Team’s Favorite Perks and Benefits

  • Workspaces designed for different kinds of work: quiet spaces for deep focus and dedicated collaboration areas for team problem solving.
  • Commuter benefits to help support transportation to and from the office.
  • Wellness reimbursement that can be used for activities and tools that support your well-being, including gym memberships, workout equipment, meditation apps, and more.
